Sitting alongside one of the Sunshine Coasts most iconic waterways with stunning views of moored yachts and golden sunsets shimmering over water, this superbly crafted 1970’s home lacked one important thing, a space big enough for a growing family to soak all of this beauty up.

As this stunning vista lay to the west, simply enlarging the existing deck wasn’t the only answer . To address this, operable screens  serve to protect, providing a multi-functional solution for privacy and shade.

A 21st Century solution to the internal layout was also part of the extensive remodeling. An increase in internal living space, a functional kitchen, additional car parking, walk-in-robes, en-suites, additional bedrooms and an office were all created without increasing the buildings original footprint.
