When the McFadden family suddenly multiplied from 4 into 7, the original home simply couldn’t cope and was literally bursting at the seams! Solutions were required, this is not your typical family, oversized cars are required, storage for 7 bicycles is needed, bathrooms that can handle 4 people at a time, (you don’t want to be late for school or maybe you do) kitchen island benches that can accommodate the entire family are essential!! Discussions must be had……

The design process is a conversation, a back and forth of ideas, listening and creating, and create we did. A 6 bedroom home, with multiple living spaces, designed around a central courtyard, allowing natural light and breeze to filter into the dwelling, while also creating a private sanctuary in a suburban setting.
