With the family of 5 returning home from living abroad in Bali the brief was simply, create a home that captured a resort lifestyle while reflecting a Sunshine Coast aesthetic.

Although as simple as the overall brief was, the specific spacial requirements were numerous and this is still a typical beach side residential block of about 700 square meters. With careful consideration our team was able to comfortably fit 515sqm of living onto the block, consisting of a half-size Basketball Court, configured into the driveway, 3 car garage plus additional storage. 5 bedrooms, plus guest accommodation, all with walk in robes and ensuites. A dance studio, hidden cellar and large open planned living spaces that surround a stunning pool while still leaving enough space for kids to play or the art of the bowling green lawn to be perfected.
