Wilson Avenue is tucked away in a quiet corner at Dicky Beach. The site, an awkwardly shaped residential block has expansive views to one of the Sunshine Coasts most iconic beaches, Moffat Beach.

The existing brick and tile dwelling was demolished so that the clients could take full advantage of the sea breezes and stunning views.
